Jo has over 15 years of IT professional services expertise and has project managed hundreds of software implementations for companies including Siemens Infor, Sage and the BBC.
In 2014 Jo moved into recruitment purely for the software industry and it quickly became evident that having real industry experience and market knowledge was extremely advantageous and a real plus point for her clients and the candidates she works with.
Jo's objective was then to establish a customer-centric organisation made up of software professionals founded on her values of transparency, collaboration and consistency.

Nigel is a career sales specialist with more than 18 years experience in some of the worlds largest organisations.
Starting in 2000 in inside sales his career roles have covered field sales, European Enterprise AE, Sales Manager, Inside Sales Manager, Inside Sales Director within the software industry.
Nigel has been responsible for growing and onboarding dozens of strategic hires throughout his career and has a real insight into recruitment within the saas industry. This experience combined with his time at organisations such as GE, Cisco, Gartner, IBM , mid-sized and startups make for an ideal profile for the talent aquisition industry.
