ABOUT US

Our premise is simple “to be good to do business with”. We have found that employers need a provider who can customise according to their particular needs, deliver with pace and do so with personality.

Shallow, reactive recruitment has become outdated, so we do things differently at Samuel Ross. Operating right across the software industry, our recruitment team engages with and builds up exceptional pools of talent.

If you’re seeking new permanent talent to join your team, you’ll want them to contribute to the success of your organisation and the strength of your business for years to come. This means achieving a flawless fit – not just in terms of the skills they possess, but also with your culture.

Our client base ranges from emerging middle-market to Fortune 500 and international companies. We pride ourselves on building long term relationships with our clients and truly understanding their challenges, whether it’s a company preparing for an IPO or a local start-up, our commitment is the same. Our business is about people.

OUR FOUNDERS

Jo has over 15 years of IT professional services expertise and has project managed hundreds of software implementations for companies including Siemens Infor, Sage and the BBC.

In 2014 Jo moved into recruitment purely for the software industry and it quickly became evident that having real industry experience and market knowledge was extremely advantageous and a real plus point for her clients and the candidates she works with.

Jo's objective was then to establish a customer-centric organisation made up of software professionals founded on her values of transparency, collaboration and consistency.
