The pre sales consultant is employed as a technical expert with the task of working closely with sales team to ensure that the products and services being offered can be tailored to meet the customer’s requirements.

At the position of Pre-Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


  • Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business;

  • Attending meetings with sales team and acting as a technical expert;

  • Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements then to come up with effective solutions;

  • Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements;

  • Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests;

  • Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.


About You


  • Bachelor degree;

  • Must be a subject matter expert with extensive software systems experience;

  • An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand;

  • Previous experience working within a technical pre - sales position or a similar position, in the same or similar industry would be an advantage;

  • Excellent written and spoken Vietnamese and English

  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

  • Good interpersonal skills and confidence to conduct discussions with customers in both technical and senior management roles;

  • Can work independently but also a team player;

  • Understanding of business concepts.
