The Role 


As an Application Consultant for SunSystems, you are going to contribute to the success of the organisation via

pre-sales, implementation, and post-sale support.


  •  Pre-sales consulting (5-10%): Co-operate with other departments on analysing customer requirements, develop solutions, and conduct demonstrations.

  • Software implementation (75%): Business analysis and mapping, system installation and configuration, data migration, end user training, user acceptance testing, and project management.

  • Post-sales Support (10-15%): Offer prompt troubleshooting to customers (either on-site or remotely).

  • Overseas traveling willingness: 70-80%


About you 


  • Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, Business Information System, Management Information System or related majors with a general understanding of Business and Accounting

  • 3+ year experience as an Application Implementation Consultant of SunSystems.

  • A certificate on SunSystems Application Consultant is a big advantage;

  • Good presentation skills;

  • Excellent spoken and written English

  • Ability to analyse, problem diagnosis and solution recommendations;

  • Good interpersonal communication skills;

  • Strong leadership skills;

  • Time & task management; structured & systematic;

  • Can-do attitude
